分子标记技术在我国杜鹃属植物中的应用

摘要:

摘 要: 分子标记作为新发展起来的一种遗传标记形式,凭借其可靠有效等优点,在植物科学研究中的应用越来越广泛。笔者对分子标记技术在杜鹃属植物遗传多样性、亲缘关系和种质鉴定、遗传变异测定、以及指纹图谱构建等方面的应用进展进行了综述,同时提出了分子标记技术在我国杜鹃属植物研究中存在的问题及今后发展方向。

Abstract: DNA molecular marker is a molecular marker form which is increasing1y and widely used in the plants research with reliability and validity.the current progress that molecular markers were applied into the genetic diversity, genetic relationship,germplasm identification ,genetic variation testing and DNA finger printing research was presented , then existing questions and development direction of molecular marker application in Rhododendron L in the future were also discussed by authors.
