Abstract: Theoretical foundation of Ziziphus jujube Mill var.inermis(Bunge)Rehd.Removal MLO, and 2 removal MLO tissue cultures of stem tip tissue culture fore and after heat treatment was introduced,the several testing methods that Ziziphus jujube Mill var.inermis(Bunge)Rehd virus-free seeding of symptom observation,electron microscope,fluorescent staining were expounded by authors.
