京山县经济林产业发展现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasure of Non-Timber Forest Development in Jingshan County

摘 要：笔者分析了京山县经济林产业发展的现状，指出了目前经济林产业发展过程中存在产业政策与体制不健全；布局不合理、管理水平低；缺乏龙头企业、经济效益差等方面的问题，并探讨了问题产生的原因。并从转变思想观念、健全产业政策与体制；加大扶持力度、作好市场需求预测；加大科技支撑力度、科学规划产业合理布局；大力培育和扶持龙头企业、推进规模化经营等方面提出了京山县经济林产业的发展对策，以期为京山县经济林产业发展提供参考依据。

Abstract: The current situation of non-timber forest industry in Jingshan County was analyzed. Those questions such as insufficient government guidance, backward ideology, unqualified technical supporting, imperfect industrial chain, unreasonable planning and layout, inefficient extensive management, low conversion rate of high-tech achievements, the lack of leading enterprise, deficiency in economic performance, and so on. And the causes for the problems were discussed. Several development countermeasures for this industry are proposed to Jingshan County government, including different aspects about policy background, market forecasting, planning and layout, stock breeding, scientific and technological support, industrial facilities and security policies. The countermeasures could be reference for Economic Forest Industry Development in Jingshan County.
