无刺枸骨快速繁殖技术研究

摘 要：无刺枸骨具有较高的生态和观赏价值。本实验以带芽新梢茎段为外植体,研究了培养基配方、培养方式以及移栽和扦插基质等对其组培快繁的影响。结果表明：无刺枸骨芽诱导和增殖的最佳培养基为MS（或B5）+BA3mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L （或NAA0.1mg/L）+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂；生根培养则以试管外扦插生根为好，其基质配比为河沙：壤土＝5:5。

Abstract:

Abstract: Ilex cornuta Lindl.ex Part.var. fortunei(Lindl) S. Y. Hu.has the high ecological and ornamental value.The experiment using new shoot and stem with buds as explants, the effect on rapid propagation such as culture medium formula, culture method, transplanting and cutting matrix and so on. The results showed that the buds induction and best proliferation medium was in MS or B5 medium with BA3mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L or NAA0.1mg/L+3%sucrose + 0.7% agar; the better rooting culture was cuttage outside the tube, and the matrix ratio of sand and loam soil was 5 to 5.
