木材炭化及其物理力学性能的研究

    摘要:以水杉、杨木为原料制备炭化木,研究炭化工艺对木材物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭化温度的升高,炭化木材色逐渐变深,平衡含水率逐渐降低,密度降低,水杉密度由0.428 g/cm3减小至0.340 g/cm3,杨木密度由0.482 g/cm3减小至0.338 g/cm3,水杉抗弯强度下降约42.39%,杨木抗弯强度下降约46.30%,其弹性模量也呈减小趋势。而且,木材的体积干缩率随温度和时间的增加而下降,较大程度地提高了木材的尺寸稳定性。

    Abstracts: The material with Metasequoia glyptostroboides Huet cheng and Populus L.as carbonized technology influence on physical and mechanical properties of wood. raw material preparation,The results showed that with carbonization temperature increasing, carbonized wood color becomes deep gradually, moisture content is gradually reduced.By 0.428 g/cm3 Metasequoia glyptostroboides Huet cheng density of raw materials reduced to 0.340 g / cm3,By the 0.482g/cm3 Populus L.density raw materials 0.338 g/cm3 to reduce , Drop about 42.39% metasequoia anti-flexural strength, flexural strength decline of roughly 46.30% cypress, the elastic modulus also has reduced the trend.Moreover, the volume of wood drying shrinkage rate increased with temperature and time was significantly reduce trend, larger degree of improve the dimension stability of wood.
