湖北省林业育苗生产管理现状及发展对策

Productive Management Situation andDevelopment Countermeasures of Seedlings in Hubei Province

摘要：通过从土地状况、生产能力、经济效益、国有苗圃现状、龙头企业情况、生产管理体制及机制6个方面对湖北省17个市、州1 178个苗圃、56个苗木生产龙头企业的调查和研究，总结了湖北省苗木生产管理中的经验及存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了几点建议，供参考。

Abstracts:The authors make investigation and study on six aspects of land status, production capacity, economic benefits, present situation of state-owned nursery, leading enterprise's situation and management system of 1 178 nurseries and 56 leading enterprises in 17 cities in Hubei province, then the authors summarizes the experiences gained and problems occurred and puts forward suggestions about seedlinds production and management for reference.
