湖北省电网建设与森林公园相容性分析

Analysis on Compatibility between Hubei Provincial Power Network Establishment and Forest Parks

摘要：笔者调查湖北省森林公园分布，发现截至2009年底，湖北省共有83个不同级别的森林公园。在此基础上，对各市的森林公园与湖北电网规划路线的位置关系进行了相容性分析。分别从电网的设计阶段，施工阶段及营运阶段对森林公园可能产生的影响进行了初步的分析并提出相应的生态保护措施。突出以防为主“既发展经济又不破坏生态平衡”的生态理念。

Abstract:After several researches of Forest Parks’ distribution in Hubei province, it is found that by the end of 2009, There were 83 different levels of forest park in total in Hubei Province. On this basis, a compatibility analysis on the Hubei provincial power network establishment and the Forest Parks along the way is carried out. After preliminarily analysis the possible effect that the power network has on those Forest Parks from the design stage, construction stage and operation stage respectively, there comes some corresponding ecological protection measures. The authors gives prominence to the ecological concept that “both for economic development without destroying the ecological balance”.
