    摘要:95%灭幼脲TF、97%除虫脲TF、95%氟铃脲TF3种几丁质合成抑制剂室内毒力测定结果表明:3种药剂药后10 d校正死亡率差异不显著;药后20 d和30 d,95%氟铃脲与97%除虫脲和95%灭幼脲的校正死亡率差异显著。3种药剂浓度与校正死亡率之间的拟合关系药后20 d最好。药后30 d3种药剂LD5095%氟铃脲(0.029)<97%除虫脲(0.060)<95%灭幼脲(0.074)。

    Abstract:

    Abstracts:Toxicity test in room of three chitin synthesis inhibitors were 95% chlorbenzuron TF, 97% diflubenzuron TF and 95% hexaflumuron TF respectively on Odontotermes formosanus (Shiraki),the result showed that the corrected mortality of 95% hexaflumuron TF was significant highly as that of 95% chlorbenzuron TF and 97% diflubenzuron TF after testing 20 and 30 days, but it was not significant among three chitin synthesis inhibitors after testing 10 days. The fitting relations between corrected mortality and content of chitin synthesis inhibitors after tested 20 days was the best. The LD50 of 95% chlorbenzuron TF was the biggest that of 95% hexaflumuron TF was smallest.
