Abstract:Abstracts:The explants were taken from the top buds or axillary buds of the young trees or cuttingpropagated seedlings of Liriodendron chinense ×L.tulipifera. The optimal medium for the explant induction is MS+BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L. The subculture medium was DCR+BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.05 mg/L +citric acid 50.0 mg/L +Vc 50.0 mg/L, the proliferation rate could reached 2.8, and the highest proliferation rate was 4. The rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 1.5 mg/L +activated charcoal 0.5 g/L, and the rooting rate in the bottle could reach 61%. The tissuecultured plantlets were transferred into the red core soil, and the survival rate was over 93%.
