    摘要:为鉴定阿克苏红旗坡农场富士浓红短枝型芽变材料果实品质是否优异,对芽变材料及其对照果实品质各指标进行测定,结果表明:芽变果实的硬度、果型指数与对照果实基本一致;芽变果实的可溶性固形物、总糖、还原糖含量及糖酸比极显著高于对照,果皮花青素含量显著高于对照,果实内在品质和着色均优于对照果实;综合各项指标认为,此芽变材料是综合性状优良的变异材料,有育种价值。

    Abstracts:〗By measuring multiple kind of indicators of fruit of redder skin color bud mutation and its control fruit in Red Flag slope farm, this experiment showed that firmness and fruit shape index of mutant fruit were basically the same with control fruit. Reducing sugar content and total sugar content of mutant fruit were significantly higher than those of control fruit.The anthocyanin content was outstandingly higher than that of control fruit. The inherent quality and coloring were better than those of control fruit. All the indicators showed that this mutant material was excellent variation material with good comprehensive characters, which had the value of breeding.
