Abstract:Abstracts:The germ plasm resources of 34 tissuecultured seedling individuals from Lilium japonicum,Lilium hybrids and Lilium brownii of Hubei were identified using intersimple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers。4 primers were screened out from 40 ISSR for PCR and 76 polymorphism sites were amplified out totally。For Lily Tissuecultured seedling, the average number of alleles (Na) per locus was 2, and the effective number of alleles (Ne) was 1.2623. The Nei's gene diversity (H) and Shannon's information index (I) were 0.1963 and 0.3388, respectively. The genetic diversity of Lilium brownii was much higher than that of Lilium japonicum and Lilium hybrids.UPGMA cluster analysis based on ISSR data was used to construct the dendrogram.The preliminary proof proved that it was feasible to analyze the system evolution and genetic relationship of Lily plantsspecies by using ISSR.
