摘要：为了有效推进新时期咸丰林业发展，笔者回顾了“十一五”时期林业建设成就，分析了存在的问题和矛盾，提出了“十二五”期间林业发展的基本思路，发展目标，发展重点和工作措施，为同仁提供参考。

Abstracts:In order to effectively push forward forestry development in Xianfeng County, the authors reviewed the “Eleventh Five-Year” plan period forestry achievements, and analyzed its problems and contradictions, the basic idea of the “Twelfth Five-Year” period of the development of forestry development objectives, development priorities and measures, and provided a reference for colleagues.
