Initial report on Growth Adaptability Investigation of Pecan

摘要:

摘要：通过对美国山核桃Pawnee在引种地的物候期及其地径、树高、冠幅、分枝等生长因子的观测与分析，研究其对引种地的生长适应性,为湖北省引种美国山核桃提供初步的理论依据。结果表明：美国山核桃Pawnee在引种地表现出较强的生长适应性，树势旺盛，枝叶粗壮，生长快速。同时也初步表明引种地的地理、气候、土壤等生境条件满足美国山核桃的生长需求。

Abstracts:Investigation and research on the growth characteristics (diameter, height, crown diameter, branch etc.) of introduced pecan could reflect its growth adaptation and serve as theoretical basis for its introduction into Hubei Province. The results showed that pecan had strong growth adaptation in the introduction area with fast growth, strong and thick branch. Meanwhile, the results indicated that the geography,climate and soil condition in the introduction area could meet the needs of pecan’s growh.
