试论国有苗圃发展现状及改革发展策略

Abstracts:The important role of stateowned nursery was briefed in this paper. Through investigation down to grassroots level, the existing problems of stateowned nursery were summarized and effective solutions that we should intensify reform and scientific development were put forward. This would provide guidance for the development of state-owned nursery.
