摘要：长阳土家族自治县是武陵山区门户，是长江流域重要生态屏障，是国家级贫困县。笔者通过调查研究，针对现状和问题，用现代林业理念进行定位思考，提出了定位生态民生改善、定位内生示范、定位9年同步全国，大打科技战、生态战、产业战，率先建成全国林药产业大县。

Abstracts:As northeast gateway of Wuling mountainous area and a state-level poverty county, Changyang Tujia Autonomous county serves as important ecological barrier to Yangtze river basin. Based on investigation and study, with fixed position thinking under modern forestry concept, the authors put forward the following strategies to build an advanced county with large forest -medicine industry in the country, which could improve people's livelihood, concentrate on interior development, catch up the nation level in 9 years and launch the war of science and technology ,ecology and industry.
