湖北省野生牡丹的人工繁殖技术研究

The study on artificial propagation technology of wild peony in Hubei province

摘要:

摘要：主要介绍了分布在湖北省境内的5个野生牡丹种和1个亚种(紫斑牡丹、杨山牡丹、卵叶牡丹、红斑牡丹、保康牡丹5个种和林氏牡丹1个亚种)的人工繁殖和育苗管理技术，通过多年采用不同的繁殖方法、地类土质和季节分别对比试验，摸索出对不同品种人工育苗的比较适宜的地类土质、季节和繁殖方法等，以为大量繁育湖北省野生牡丹品种苗木、推广和研究利用提供参考。

Abstracts:The paper mainly illustrated artificial propagation and management technology of seedling cultivation of five varieties of wild peony (P.rockii, P.ostii, P.qui, P. ridleyi and p.baokangensis) and one subspecies(Lin's Peony). Based on contrast tests with different propagation methods, soil quality and propagation seasons in several years ,the suitable soil quality, propagation seasons and propagation methods for artificial seedling cultivation of different varieties were found out, which could provide references for the mass propagation of wild peony, popularization, research and utilization in Hubei province.
