摘要：开展森林资源监测，准确掌握森林资源现状及其动态变化，是各级政府和林业主管部门的一项重要基础工作。针对地方森林资源监测体系中存在的几个问题，提出了完善监测体系的几点建议，旨在实现现阶段森林资源监测的新需求。

Abstracts:Development of forest resources monitoring ,accurately control dynamic changes of forest resoures is an important basic work for all levels of government and the competent forestry department.The paper aiming at main problem of local forestry resources monitoring system,put forward suggestions on monitoring system improvement so as to realize new demand of forestry resources monitoring at present.
