关于湖北省国有林场改革的探讨

摘要：经过多年的发展，国有林场建设取得了重大的成就，也累积了很多困难和问题；这些问题和困难已经严重影响了国有林场的发展。 “十二五”期间，国有林场改革要全面铺开，国有林场改革迫在眉睫。本文结合湖北省国有林场现状，依据国家和省有关国有林场改革的政策、结合其他省份在国有林场改革方面的成功经验，对湖北省国有林场改革进行了探讨。

Abstracts:With development for many years, the state owned forest farm have made significant achievements, but also existing a lot of difficulties and problems, which have seriously affected its further development. The national pilot reform of state owned forest farm has started recently, and should be completed of two years. During the “12th Five Year” period, the state owned forest farm reform will be widely started in the whole country, so the reform in Hubei province is urgently needed. Based on the current situation of state owned forest farm in our province, in accordance with national and provincial forest related policies, combined with the successful reform experience of other provinces, this paper will make some discussion and suggestion on the reform of state-owned forest in Hubei province.
