Abstracts:The paper summarized taxonomy status and characteristics of the genus Alternaria, Alternaria species between cultural characters, introduced the research progress of the morphology taxonomy, numerrical taxonomy and molecular biology taxonomy in the Genus Alternaria classification，to provide a scientific theoretical basis for Alternaria phylogenetic fungi awareness and appropriate application development.
