福建省白马山自然保护区野生蔬菜资源调查

Investigation on Wild Vegetable Resources in Baima Mountain Nature Reserve in Fujian Province

摘要：为了掌握福建省白马山自然保护区野生蔬菜资源现状，在本底调查的基础上，通过补充和走访调查,结果表明：福建省白马山自然保护区现有野生蔬菜资源36科74属98种，按其食用部位分，嫩茎叶类15科43属58种、芽类6科7属8种、地下块茎类4科4属8种、花果类8科9属13种、其他类1科9属13种；本文分析当地野生蔬菜开发利用现状和问题，提出合理化开发建议，为下一步保护、开发和利用提供参考依据。

Abstracts:In order to hold in hand wild vegetable resource status in Baima Mountain Nature Reserve in Fujian Province, based on the background survey, through the complementary and investigation, the results show that the existing wild vegetable resources in Baima Mountain Nature Reserve in Fujian Province has 36 families, 74 genera and 98 species, according to the edible parts division, tender stems and leaves has 15 families 43 genera and 58 species, sprout has 6 families 7 genera and 8 species, underground tubers 4 families 4 genera and 8 species, flowers and fruits 8 families，9 genera and 13 species, others 1 family, 9 genera and 13 species;The paper is analyzed exploitation situation and problem of local wild vegetable,and put forwarded reasonable suggestions for development.
