Abstract:Abstracts:In order to optimize determining oil content of Camellia oleifera seeds by extractive reagents, we chose five reagents including petroleum ether (boiling point 30~60℃), n–hexane, acetone, chloroform and ethanol for extractive test of Camellia oleifera seeds respectively. The results showed that four extractive reagents could extract Camellia oleifera seeds except for ethanol. The recovery rate of n hexane, acetone, chloroform and ethanol was about 90 percentage and higher than petroleum ether. The extracting time of n hexane and chloroform was the shortest, which was about 6 hours. The price of n hexane was higher than that of ethanol. All in all, chloroform was better than other four reagents.
