摘要：为了挖掘木瓜资源增产潜力，实现木瓜栽培良种化和木瓜产业持续健康发展。自2004年起在郧县天然木瓜林分中开展木瓜良种选育工作，经过初选、复选、决选，以及无性系测定、区域试验，选育出“郧阳1号”木瓜优良品种，并在全省部分区域规模推广。

Abstracts:In order to taping the yield potential of Chaenomeles sinensis resources, achieving its variety improvement and keeping constant and healthy development of Chaenomeles sinensis industry, we had done selective breeding of Chaenomeles sinensis since 2004. By the methods of primary selection, re selection, final selection and clone, regional trials, we selected improved variety “Yunyang No. 1” and popularized this variety widely in some regions of Hubei province.
