    摘要:本文在传统制作工艺的基础上,在生漆与聚合桐油的混合阶段,引入了高速分散搅拌,研磨两种方法,从而使生漆与聚合桐油的偶连更加紧密,分散更加均匀,从而达到干燥时间短,涂层均匀,性能稳定。试验表明:基于生漆与桐油的成本差距巨大的考虑,按照经济性与技术性相统一的原则,认为在春秋季节,生漆与桐油的最佳搭配比例是4∶6,在夏冬季节,生漆与桐油的最佳搭配比例是6∶4。通过涂刷,涂层表面的物理性能漆膜附着力达到国标1级,抗冲击性60~70 cm,涂层表面硬度达到了国标铅笔2 H,表面光泽度120%,柔韧性1.0 mm。进行的耐碱性、耐酸性、耐盐性、97﹟汽油、沸水中进行耐腐蚀性以及在200℃时的耐热性的性能测试,表现良好。

    Abstracts:Based on traditional marking process, in the stage of lacquer mixing polymerized tung oil we introuded two methods of high speed dispersion stirring and grinding polymerized tung oil in order that the lacquer was more tightly connected and more evenly distributed, and the drying time was shorter, and the coating was evenly, and the property was stable. The experiment showed that: Taken the cost difference between lacquer and tung oil in consideration and in accordance with the principles of economic and technical unity, in spring and autumn the best proportion of lacquer and tung oil was 4∶6 and in summer and winter the best proportion of lacquer and tung oil was 6∶4; By brushing, the physical properties of the coating film adhesive to the surface met the national standard level 1 , the impact resistance was 60 ~ 70 cm, the hardness of coating surface is equivalent to that of national standard pencil 2H, the surface gloss was 120%, and the flexibility was 1.0 mm; The performance of alkali resistance, acid resistance, salt tolerance, corrosion resistance in 97# gasoline and boiling water, and heat resistance in 97# gasoline and boiling water at 200 ℃ is good.
