Abstract:Abstracts:To explore the role of prolin in the process of cryopreservation of embryogenic callus of Cunninghamia lanceolata, the cell survival of 14 days callus of Cunninghamia lanceolata of subculture was measured by the TTC method with different concentrations of proline in the pretreatment stage. The result showed that: in the pretreatment stage, when the concentration of proline was 0.5 g·L-1,the cell survival was relatively the highest. It suggested that adding suitable concentration of proline in the pretreatment stage can improve the survival of cryopreservation.
