摘要：党的十八大首次将生态文明建设提高到同政治、经济、文化、社会同等高度，但社会对生态文明建设理解各一，有的以偏概全，本文从生态系统理论入手，针对我国目前城市发展环境现状，全面阐述我国现阶段生态文明建设的内涵，以供生态文明建设决策者和建设者借鉴。

Beginning with the ecological system theory and aimed at the environment situation,We comprehensively discuses the connotation of ecological civilization and provides a reference for the decision makers and builders engaged in the construction of ecological civilization.
