Abstract:Abstracts:We Combined with forest utilization and protection planning in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province and in the support of GIS technology and determinating the ecological sensitivity degree of each evaluating factor by the fuzzy mathematics method and selecting and analyzing of the six ecological sensitivity evaluation factors, including vegetation coverage, aspect, slope, elevation, water buffer, and vegetation cover type, based on the digital terrain data and the forest resources survey data,We evaluated the ecological sensitivity of Qingcheng district. The results showed that the highly sensitive areas accounted for 18.5% of the total area and the moderate sensitive area accounted for 11.1% and the low sensitive area accounted for 70.4%. That is to say, the first two sensitive regions accounted for 29.6% of the total area and the low sensitive areas, which distributed continuously, accounted for 70.4%. It indicated that the studied area had the strong anti-interference capacity and it was difficult for the vegetation degradation, massive destruction of forest landscapes, soil erosion and other environmental problems to occur in this area.
