湖北省江汉平原山噪鹛的发现及分子生物学鉴定

Collection and Molecular Characterization of Garrulax davidi from Jianghan Plain Area in Hubei Province

摘要：为配合WWF与国家林业局在长江中下游开展的冬季水鸟调查，2011年1月在湖北省江汉平原采集到2只鹛类，经形态学及基于线粒体Cytochrome b 基因的分子生物学研究，鉴定为山噪鹛指名亚种。这是首次在湖北省江汉平原发现山噪鹛。

Abstract:Two dead birds，which probably belong to the genus Garrulax （Timaliidae），were collected from Jianghan Plain Area in January 2011 during the investigation of Winter Water Bird Resources in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River.Based on their morphology and sequence of mitochondrial cytochrome b gene，the birds were identified as Garrulax davidi.It was the first time that Garrulax davidi was found in Jianghan Plain Area in Hubei Province.
