    摘要:为实现区域条件与育种目标的高效组合,将湖南马尾松划分为长衡盆地、南岭北坡地区、雪峰山区、武陵山区四个育种区,并对各区育种目标进行规划。为构建马尾松二代育种群体,提出在一代育种群体优良子代中选择马尾松二代优树的标准和方法,并构建湖南省马尾松二代育种群体。二代育种群体遗传参数分析表明:二代优株树高、胸径、材积遗传力分别为32%,24%,26%,优树性状高度遗传。

    Abstract:

    Abstracts:In order to achieve the efficient combination of the breeding goal and the breeding area condition,Pinus massoniana in Hunan is divided into four breeding areas including Changheng basin,Nanling north slope area, Xuefeng mountain areas and Wuling mountainou areas,and each of the four district breeding objectives was designed.For constructing the second generation breeding population of Pinus massoniana,we presented the standards and methods of selecting the superior trees of the second generation in the excellent offsprings of the first generation,and constructed the second generation breeding population of Pinus massoniana in Hunan province.The genetic parameter analysis of the second generation breeding population showed that the heritability of the height,DBH and volume of the second generation superior tree,which had strong heritability,were 32%,24%,26% respectively.
