木材及其制品中7种拟除虫菊酯的测定

摘要：为探索木材及其制品中拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂含量测定方法，采用丙酮∶正己烷（1∶1）超声提取，离心后浓缩定容，利用气相色谱-质谱仪检测，结果表明：该方法操作简单，能够有效地提取木材中7种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂，回收率86.0%～108.0%之间，相对标准偏差为1.1%～9.4%，提取效果较好。

Abstract:In order to explore the test method of pyrethroids in wood based panels,we extracted the specimen by acetone+n hexane(1:1),centrifuged the extract and diluted the concentrate to 2 milliliter, and determined it by the GC-MC method.The result indicated that the method was effective for extracting 7 kinds of pyrethroids in wood based panels,and easy of handling and had a preferable extracting effect;the recovery rate was distributed in the range of 86.0～108.0% and the RSD was distributed in the range of 86.0％～108.0%.
