    摘要:北美红杉在林业生产上多采用种子繁殖,种子售价昂贵且发芽率低,研究扦插繁殖的可行性,在林业生产中具有实际意义。本文通过不同激素、不同处理方法处理1 a生北美红杉嫩枝插穗,研究不同激素、不同处理方式对插穗的生根率、愈伤率、根长、Ⅰ、Ⅱ级根数量、根鲜重的影响。结果表明:浓度为2 000 mg·L-1的IAA试剂处理1 a生北美红杉嫩枝扦插最优,插穗愈伤率、生根率均可达到100%;在Ⅰ级根生根数量上明显占优。

    Abstract:

    Abstracts:Sequoia sempervirens was mostly reproduced by seeds in the forestry production.Because of the high price and low germination rate of seeds,it has practical meaning to study the feasibility of the cuttage propagation in the forestry production.We adopted different hormones and different processing methods to deal with the one-year-old cuttings of Sequoia sempervirens and analyzed the effects of different hormones and treatments on the rate of cutting rooting,the rate of callus,the number of first and second class roots,the length of roots and the fresh weight of roots.The results showed that the cuttings of Sequoia sempervirens processed by the IAA reagent on the concentration of 2 000 mg·L-1 were the best.Both the rate of cutting rooting and the rate of callus could reach 100% and it had obvious advantage on the number of the first class roots.
