Abstract:Abstracts:Aiming to carry out research on asexual reproduction of Cunninghamia lanceolata cv.Luotian, the lateral branches of older trees and coppice shoots were used as the experimental materials, and the difference of the effect of different cuttings, clones and hormones on their rooting ability were compared. The results showed that secondary branches of the trees, which were more than 20 years old,had a low rooting rate which was only 48.11%,but the rooting rate of the lateral branches were more than 65%.The rooting rate (88.86%) of the coppice shoots was far higher than that (48.01%) of the branches of the plus trees, and there were extremely significantly different between them (p<0.01).The rooting rate of the non-lignification cuttings was only 6.67%,far lower than the rooting level (86.94%~91.67%) of the others. The rooting rate of the coppice shoots from different clones was from 51.57% to 98.77%.The rooting rate of the cuttings treated by hormone was more than 91.57%,and the cuttings treated by powder 1 had the largest number of roots, and there was obviously different between the method and the other treatments (p<0.05).In general, the cuttings of branches were significantly better than that of coppice shoots, and the rooting rate of cuttings could be improved effectively by hormone treatment.
