    摘要:油松是我国主要的造林树种,苗木需求量大。本试验以不同储藏时间油松种子为研究对象,通过常规催芽方法比较不同储藏时间油松种子的发芽及酶活性变化。结果表明:油松种子的发芽率和发芽势分别以1 a和2 a储藏时间最高,分别为89.8%和49.7%。随着油松种子储藏时间延长,种子失活严重,其中都以短时间储藏种子丙二醛含量最低,为1.77 nmol·mg-1,过氧化酶活性最高,为527.3 U·g-1FW。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Pinus tabulaeformis is the main afforestation species in China,and the demand for the seedlings is very high.We used its seeds as material to study the effects of different storage time. By conventional forced germination methods the experiment compare the change of germination and enzyme activity of its seeds through different storage time.The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential of its seeds through one year and two year storage time were the highest,which were 89.8% and 49.7% respectively.With the extension of the seed’s storage time, seed aged seriously,and through the short time storage its seeds had the lowest content of malondialdehyde (MDA), which was 177 nmol·mg-1,and the highest peroxidase enzyme activity which was 527.3 U·g-1FW.
