    摘要:针对目前细木工板甲醛捕捉剂人工喷涂和简单机械喷涂效率低、不均匀的现状,设计、研制出甲醛捕捉剂喷施的机械化设备,并对其捕捉工艺参数进行研究和细木工板理化性能测定,结果表明:甲醛释放量为E2级细木工板(2.8 mg·L-1),使用甲醛捕捉设备,用喷施量33.6 g·m-2的W-BC甲醛捕捉剂处理之后,甲醛释放量可以降低到了E1级水平,对物理力学性能无不利影响。因此,该甲醛捕捉设备适合于机械化处理细木工板,大幅提高了捕捉剂喷施均匀性、加工效率及其产品质量,降低了生产成本。

    Abstract:Formaldehyde capturing instrument was designed to change the current situation of spraying formaldehyde scavenger by hand and instrument,which were inefficiency and noununform.The formaldehyde capturing instrument was developed by designing,preparing,studying on capturing technology parameters and evaluating the physical and chemical properties of block board after its treatment with formaldehyde scavenger.Results indicated that formaldehyde emission was reduced to class E1 from class E2 2.80 mg·L-1 after treatment with 33.6 g·m-2 W-BC formaldehyde scavenger by mechanizied spraying,and there were no adverse effect on physical and mechanical properties.Thus,the formaldehyde captured instrument would be feasible to process the formaldehyde emission of block board.At the same time,the spraying uniformity,efficiency and quality were improved,and the cost of block board was reduced.
