Abstract:Abstract:The biological characteristics of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides causing anthracnose of Camelliae oleifera were studied. The mycelia could grow from 10 ℃ to 35 ℃,and the optimum temperature was 30℃;the range of pH was from 3.0 to 11.0 and the optimum pH was 6.0.The conidiophores could germinate from 10 ℃ to 35 ℃,and the optimum temperature was 30 ℃;the range of pH was from 3.0 to 11.0,the optimum pH was at 5.0~7.0. The growth of mycelia and the germination of conidiophores was affected by light.Mycelia could grow well with light and conidiophores could germinate well under the condition of alternation between light and dark.Soluble starch and urea was conducive to the growth of mycelium. Lactose,Maltose and Glutamic acid were not conducive to the growth of mycelium.Mannitol and Glycine was conducive to sporulation.Galactose and Potassium nitrate was not conducive to sporulation. The lethal temperature of mycelium and conidia was at 55 ℃ for 10 min.
