阿魏酸和茶碱对山茱萸种子萌发的影响

摘要：试验选用两种化感物质—阿魏酸和茶碱对山茱萸种子萌发的影响进行研究。结果表明：不同浓度的茶碱处理下山茱萸的种子萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数呈下降趋势；山茱萸种子在阿魏酸0.05 mmol/Ｌ萌发率为62.22%，比CK的种子萌发率高17.00%；阿魏酸0.5 mmol/Ｌ时发芽势和发芽指数最高，发芽势为42.22%比对照高27.00%，发芽指数为CK1.2倍。

Abstracts:The investigation studied the effect of two allelochemicals,ferulic acid and theophylline, on Cornus officinalis seed germination.The results showed that the germination rate,germination energy and germination index of C. officinalis seed on different concentrations of theophylline treatment were decreased.The seed germination rate was 62.22% with 0.05 mM ferulic acid treatment, and the data was 17% higher than control.With 05 mM ferulic acid treatment, the seed germination energy and germination index rate was highest,the seed germination energy was 42%,and the data was 27% higher than control,the index was 1.2 times higher than control.
