    摘要:以蓝莓茎段为外植体,研究不同的外值体类型、基本培养基、激素组合对蓝莓启动阶段、增殖阶段、生根阶段产生的影响。结果表明:最容易萌发的外植体类型为幼嫩枝,萌芽率可达85.3%,增殖培养基以WPM+ ZT1.0mg/L+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L最佳,生根诱导培养基则以1/2WPM+NAA1.0 mg/L+活性碳1.0g/L为最好,生根率可达95%以上。

    Abstract:

    Abstracts:Effects of the combination of explant types, basal medium and hormone on the bourgeoning, proliferation and rooting of blueberry were studied with the stems as the explants.Results showed that the best explants were tender branches on budding, with the budding rate reached 85.3%.Medium of “WPM+ZT1.0mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L” was the best on bud proliferation while medium of “1/2WPM+NAA1.0mg/L+ activated carbon 1.0g/L” was the most excellent on rooting, which made the rooting rate above to 95%.
