摘要：以3a生铁冬青茎段为外植体，探讨不同培养基对铁冬青芽诱导和增殖效果。结果表明：铁冬青采用MS+6-BA1 ml/L+IAA 0.2 ml/L诱导，增殖培养基采用1/2MS+6-BA1.5 ml/L+IAA0.5 ml/L，增殖系数为3.3。

Abstracts:Using 3 year old stem segments of pig iron as explants, the effects of different media on the induction and proliferation of the buds were studied.The results showed that 0.2 ml/L was induced by MS+6-BA1ml/L+IAA,the proliferation medium was 1/2MS+6-BA1.5ml/L+IAA 0.5ml/L, and the proliferation coefficient was 3.3.
