为加快推进国有林场改革，通过实地调研、查阅档案、听建议、现场走访等方式，旨在了解国有林场目前状况和存在的主要问题，在分析的基础上，对宜昌市国有林场改革提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:

To accelerate the reform of state-owned forest farm,the author successively in ChangYang County, WuFeng County field research and back river forest farm,by reading files,listen to advice,site visits,to understand the status of the state-owned forest farm at present and the main problems,and on this basis,the proposed deal with the basic countermeasures to yichang provides a preliminary probe into the reform of state-owned forest farms.
