摘要:

为加快推进全国林业碳汇计量监测体系建设，湖北省积极构建本省土地利用、土地利用变化与林业 (LULUCF) 碳汇计量监测体系，本文从建设背景、林业现状、建设思路、建设内容等方面全面阐述湖北省 LULUCF 碳汇计量监测体系建设工作如何开展，以期通过体系建设的监测成果，为政府决策部门提供森林碳汇评估和相关技术分析报告。

Abstract:

In order to accelerate the construction of the national forest carbon sink measurement and monitoring system, Hubei Province is actively constructing its own land use, land use change and forestry (LULUCF) carbon sink measurement and monitoring system. This paper comprehensively expounds on how to carry out the construction of the LULUCF carbon sink measurement and monitoring system in Hubei Province from the aspects of construction background, forestry status, construction ideas and construction content, hoping to provide forest carbon sink assessment and relevant technical analysis reports for government decision - making departments through the monitoring results of the system construction.
