Abstract:In this experiment, the Camellia oleifera Abel.container seedlings were used to study the root application of different mass fraction of urea on its growth.this test sets eight treatments, namely:1500 mg/L urea;2500 mg/L urea;3500 mg/L urea;4500 mg/L urea;5500 mg/L urea;6500 mg/L urea;7500 mg/L urea;water contrast.And the experiment shows that treatments five can stimulate the young branches grow longer, the average growth is 51.7 mm;treatments four can make the thickness of collar and the shooting number the biggest, but there are no significant difference on the shooting numbers in treatments four and treatments five;in Processing one, the numbers of the young sprouts are more than others, the average is 3.1, but compared to treatments five and treatments two, there is no big difference;the length of the young branches, the thickness of the collar and the shooting numbers of the container seeding in treatments seven perform the worst, it indicates that the high density of the urea is not benefit to the growth of the container seedling.In Water Contrast, the thickness of the collar in the container seedling is lower than other seven treatments.The influence of eight treatments on the thickness of the collar, treatments four shows extremely difference than treatments one, treatments two, treatments three, treatments four, treatments five, treatments six, treatments seven and treatments eight, but there is no huge difference between the contrast of any other two treatments.The comprehensive experimental results show that, according to the number of the young branches, the thickness of the collar and the shooting numbers have slight differences in the eight treatments, so we mainly concentrate on the length of the young branches.Therefore, in the process of the growth of the container seedling, the mass fraction of 5500 mg/L urea is the best choice of fertilizing.
