摘要:

通过对恩施市森林保险试点现状的调查，分析制约森林保险发展存在的问题和原因，从健全法律法规、完善保险体制、提高林农风险意识等方面就做好森林保险工作提出了建设性意见。

Abstract:

Through the investigation of the status of the forest insurance inenshi,analyze the problem and the reason that restrict the development of enshi forest insurance.To strengthen laws and regulations,perfect the insurance system, improve the risk awareness of forest farmer's,some constructive suggestions have been put forward.
