湖北基层林业站建设现状与发展建议

Construction Status and Development Suggestions of the Rural Forestry Working-Station in Hubei Province

摘要:

本文在实证调查和文献资料研究的基础上，对全省基层林业站的建设现状和工作职能开展情况进行了分析和阐述，指出了当前基层林业站建设中存在的主要问题，提出了基层林业站应加强人员培训，提高人员素质，增加人员编制，提高技术人员素质及水平能力和改善工作条件与生活环境等方面的措施和建议。

Abstract:

On the basis of the investigation of the reference and the empirical research,this paper analyzes the construction situation and the work situation of The Rural Forestry Working-Station in Hubei province.Pointed out that the current main problem of the lack of personnel,especially the lack of professionals,heavy task and low wages,working environment and other aspects,and proposed the construction way should be strengthened from the infrastructure,management system,coordination of higher relations,training.Finally,put forward to strengthen training to improve staff quality,increase staffing,improve technical staff the level of title,and improve working conditions and living environment and other recommended measures.
