彩叶桂扦插育苗技术试验

摘要:

通过消毒和不同浓度 ABT1号生根剂对 3个品种彩叶桂插穗进行处理试验 , 试验表明消毒是彩叶桂扦插育苗 的一个重要环节 , 用 50%多菌灵 1000倍液对 3个品种彩叶桂插穗进行消毒处理 , 其扦插生根率均比对照有明显提高 , 提 高值均达 25%以上;ABT1号生根剂对 3个品种彩叶桂扦插生根率和生根数影响差异均达极显著水平 , 其中采用浓度为 0. 3 mg ● L-1 的 ABT1号生根剂处理插穗 , 6云田彩桂》、6珍珠彩桂》、及 6银边彩桂》3个品种彩叶桂生根效果均最佳 , 其生 根率、生根数分别为(97. 5% 、5. 4条) 、(95. 0% 、5. 6条) 、(94. 2% 、4. 6条) 。

Abstract:

The treatment of the cuttings of three colorful leafy laurel species was conducted by disinfection and dipping in the rooting agents of different concentrations of ABT1. The results showed that disinfection was an important part of culturing the cutting seedlings of osmanthus fragrans colour Group. using 1000times solution of 50% carbendazim to dis- infect the cuttings of three species of cinnamomum burmannii , the rooting rate of cuttings was significantly higher than that of the control , and the value was increased by more than 25% . The ABT1 rooting agent had extremely significant effects on the rooting rate and rooting number of 3 osmanthus varieties . The cuttings were treated with ABT1rooting a- gent at a concentration of 0. 3 mg ● L—1 , and the rooting effects of 6yun tian caigu》, 6zhenzhu caigu》, and 6yinbian caigu》were the best , and their rootingrates and number of rooting were (97. 5% , 5. 4) , (95. 0% , 5. 6) , (94. 2% , 4. 6) , respectively , for the three varieties .
