中国的改革开放用不到四十年走过了西方发达国家二、三百年走过的路 。这场被誉为新中国的第二 次革命 , 不 仅深刻改变了 中国 , 也深刻影响了世界 。从环境保护意识的萌芽 , 到实施可持续发展战略 , 再到习近平新时代生态文明建 设思想的形成 , 对我国生态环境的改善、对美丽中国的实现皆具有重要意义 。正所谓“理念一变天地宽”, 环境改善 , 关键在 于理念的转变。

Abstract:

china,s reform and opening up in less than 40years , which is known as the second revolution of china , has has gone through the road of two or three hundred years in western developed countries and not only changed china pro- foundly , but also affected the world deeply. From the seeds of environmental protection consciousness , to implement the strategy of sustainable development , to the Jinping xi》s thought on the construction of the newera of ecological civiliza- tion , to improve the ecological environment in china are of great significance for the ecological environment improve- ment and the construction of beautiful china .“ The ideas changed , and then the world widen”. In a word , the hinge of the environmental improvement is the transforming of the ideas .
