在利用最新遥感影像和林业调查成果辅助实地调查摸清规划区域的山、水、田、林、路和村镇空间格局情况下 , 定 位建设国内领先、省内一流、随州特色的生态产业示范区 。规划提出以大雁坡为核心“ 一核两带 , 八景环绕”的空间结构 , 打 造随州农业嘉年华品牌 , 以农业生态产品和嘉年华活动支撑区域生态产业发展 , 使区域产业链条由一产业向第二、三产业 延伸 , 用生态产业示范带动乡村游 , 走出一条绿色发展、生态富民之路。

Abstract:

with the help of the latest remote sensing images and forestry survey results , the spatial pattern of mountains , rivers , fields , forests , roads , villages and towns in the planned area can be ascertained , and a leading ecologi- cal industry demonstration zone with first— class provincial characteristics and suizhou characteristics can be positioned and constructed. The plan puts forward the spatial structure of“one core , two belts , eight sceneries around”with Dayan- po as the core , and builds the brand of suizhou agricultural carnival , and supports the development of regional ecological industry with agricultural ecological products and carnival activities , and extends the regional industrial chain from one industry to the second and third industries , and drives rural tourism with demonstration of ecological industry. A road of green development and ecological prosperity is demonstrated.
