湖北林业精准灭荒科技支撑现状与对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Technology Support for Hubei Forestry Precision Greening Barren Mountains

摘要:

通过对湖北省六大生态区通山、浠水等8个县市区精准灭荒科技支撑现状的调查，在明确精准灭荒各类主体科技支撑职责的基础上，分析了全省精准灭荒科技支撑在科技意识、科技手段等方面存在的6类主要问题，提出了转变观念、因势利导等6种应对策略和措施及相关建议，以期省委省政府为提高湖北省林业精准灭荒效率、促进全省林业科技进步有关决策提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Based on the investigation of the current situation of technology supportfor Precision Greening Barren Mountains in eight counties including Tongshan， Xishui and et al. in six major ecological regions of our province， the paper made clear the responsibilities of scientific and technological support of various main bodies. This paper analyzed the six major problems in technology consciousness and technological means that existed in Precision Greening Barren Mountains of our province， and put forward six kinds of strategies， measures and related suggestions， such as changing ideas and making the best use of situation. It was hoped that the provincial Party committee and Governments will get reference in the decision-making for improving the efficiency of Precision Greening Barren Mountains and promoting forestry science and technology progress in the province.
