太子山柏木母树林良种选育研究

Study on Breeding of Fine Varieties of Cypress Mother Forest in Taizi Mountain

湖北省太子山林场从2006年开始柏木母树林的营建工作，通过踏查，以立木生长量、冠幅、树干通直度、结实量作为指标选择柏木优良林分，按照母树林的营建标准去劣留优等措施经营。并采母树林种子和采购普通种育苗，作区域试验。2018年底，对试验林生长量进行调查分析。结果表明太子山柏木母树林种在其胸径、树高和材积遗传增益分别可达10.88%、7.25%和29.60%。通过母树林的选育工作，将为柏木种子园的营建打下坚实基础。

Abstract:

The construction of cypress mother forest in Taizishan Forest Farm of Hubei Province has started from 2006. Through investigation, the excellent stand of cypress has been selected using the index of tree growth, crown width, trunk straightness and seed setting, and managed according to the construction standard of mother forest. The seed of mother forest and the seedling of common species purchased from the market were used for regional test. At the end of 2018, the growth of experimental forest was investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the genetic gains of DBH, height and volume of Cypress mother forest species in Taizi Mountain were 10.88%,7.25% and 29.60%, respectively. The selection and breeding of mother forest will lay a solid foundation for the construction of cypress seed orchard.
