Abstract:The effects of different cultivation patterns of polygonatum cyrtonema rhizome propagation seedlings in ca- mellia oleifera forest were compared. The results showed that the average plant height and ground diameter of polygona- tum cyrtonema under container, field and camellia oleifera forest were:container > field > forest, and container cultiva- tion was significantly higher than that under field and camellia oleifera forest, the average fresh weight of tuber was : con- tainer > forest > field, container and camellia oleifera forest were significantly higher than that under field cultivation . The contents of polysaccharide, flavone and diosgenin in rhizome of polygonatum cyrtonema were:under forest > field > container, and under forest cultivation was significantly higher than that in field and container . The effects of three differ- ent density of camellia oleifera on the diameter, plant height and fresh weight of rhizome of polygonatum cyrtonema were:D1> D2> D3, the average plant height D1was significantly higher than D2and D3, and the fresh weight of rhizo- me D1was significantly higher than D3. The growth of polygonatum cyrtonema was affected by different slope position . The plant height was lower slope position > upper slope position > middle slope position .
