The present situation of study for Liriodendron Hubei province

摘要:

湖北省在JICA项 目 的资助下开启了鹅掌楸属研究工作,经过近20年研究,主要工作总结如下:①对湖北省鹅掌 楸的天然分布进行了调查和遗传多样性研究;②开展了优树选择和种质资源保存工作;③开展了鹅掌楸属种间杂交育种、 子代测定和无性系测定工作,掌握了杂交的基本规律,选出了优良杂交组合和优良单株,并进行了优良无性系的材质测定 ; ④营建了亚美马褂木优良无性系采穗圃;⑤开展了亚美马褂木优良无性系的扦插、嫁接和组织培养工作;⑥进行了成果鉴 定和转化工作;⑦制定了下一步工作计划。

Abstract:

The research work of Liriodendron was started with the support of JIcA proJect in Hubei province started. After nearly 20years of research, the main work is summarized as follows:① the natural distribution and genetic diversity of Liriodendron in Hubei province were investigated;② the selection of superior trees and the conservation of germplasm resources were carried out ;③ the interspecific hybrid breeding of Liriodendron was carried out, and the progeny and clone testing were carried out. The basic rules of hybridization were mastered, superior cross combinations and individuals were selected, and also the wood propertiesof the excellent clones were determined;④ the cutting orchard of the superior clones of hybrid Liriodendron was built ;⑤ the cutting, grafting and tissue culture of the superior clones of hybrid Liriodendron were performed;⑥ the performance were identified and transformed;⑦ the next work plan was made .
