Abstract:By taking fertilizing measure in the field, the change of walnut leaf index (such as length, width, thickness and weight) was observed, as well as the infection of black spot disease , and the correlation degree between them was ana- lyzed. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between leaf length increment and disease infec- tion rate, and a extremely significant positive correlation between leaf width increment and disease infection rate after fer- tilization . The changes of leaf thickness and weight were both not related to the disease infection . In the prevention and control of walnut black spot disease in the field, fertilization can cause the leaves to grow larger, resist the disease infec- tion,delay the infection degree .
